Dragonfruit Smoothie from IG

Here is the recipe for the smoothie everyone went crazy for on IG!

Eating healthy can be onolicous, but if you are new to this lifestyle you may have to do some research. Do not get me wrong the research is sometimes the best part. Specifically I am referring to Food Porn. YES…soooo good. I have spent WAY too many hours perusing Instagram, Pinterest and blogs looking for yummy food. I have also experimented quite a bit with my own recipes. One of my own simple protein shake recipes is so good that I enjoy it more than Cold Stone, and of course that means I get to have it every day. Eating healthy can potentially taste better than junk food, be cheaper and nurish your body rather than feeding illness.

I reposted this picture from @alphafoodie and it got a huge reaction. Everyone wanted to try it! Good news, it is super simple. Here is the recipe

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup frozen raspberries

1 frozen banana

1 tsp rosewater


Decorate with dragon fruit or whatever else you like! Even chocolate sprinkles, coconut flakes or granola!
