Shoulder Routine

Leg day is my favorite day, but I LOVE shoulder day too! Here is a great shoulder workout. I do not give reps/load/sets because all of that is 100% dependent on individual goals

Again these photos are not photoshopped, however, this was taken one week post show, which means my body was in a calorie deficit for three months. Although this weight is attainable, I prefer maintaining higher body fat.  This shoulder routine hits the three main muscles in the shoulders, which provides a complete shoulder workout. Another approach is to split the three muscles between multiple days and to fatigue each muscle to the point of failure each time. I love the beauty in creating workout routines!
